Overview of the course

ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business course is an exceptional introduction to the world of finance and accounting. This exam provides students with a broad understanding of essential accounting techniques.

This award is benchmarked as the first year of a UK University degree program, an HND or equivalent.

Entry requirement:

Students who have completed 12th from Commerce stream (Pass in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics / Accounts, the mark of 65% in at least 2 subjects and over 50% in the others)

Students pursuing Graduation in Commerce (B. Com, BBA, BMS, etc.)

Estimated time for completion

Depending on when students take their exams and complete the Foundations in Professionalism module, the ACCA Diploma in Accounting and Business (RQF Level 4) could be achieved in 6- 12 months.

Exam pattern

F1 Business & Terminology-100 marks-2 hours computer based-Pass marks 50%

Section A -30 objective questions of 2 marks each and 16 objective questions of 1 mark each

Section B – 6 multi-task questions of 4 marks each

F2 Management Accounting-100 marks-2 hours computer based-Pass marks 50%

Section A – 35 objective questions of 2 marks each

Section B – 3 multi-task questions of 10 marks each

F3 Financial Accounting-100 marks-2 hours computer-based – Pass marks 50%

Section A – 35 objective questions of 2 marks each

Section B – 2 multi-task questions of 15 marks each
